Type Field

Type is a required descriptive field for documents that will allow users to search for specific kinds of documents. Choose the correct choice from the drop down with the approved choices:

• article
• diary entry
• itinerary
• letter
• list
• other (use this when nothing fits and we will either create a new category or make it fit somewhere else)
• report
• speech
• writing (if you are not sure if it is a speech or an article)
